Last weekend I hosted the Spin Doctor, visiting from the Big Apple, who loves the Internet at least as much as I do. As usual, we traded some hot links and I done learned a thang or two.
Like: the catchiest/ worst rap song/ most apathetic video ever* has the some of the funniest drama queen commentary: ‘sometime you be sleepin and…you will see a damn ghost levitatin’ and it’s just normal…’
And there’s a movement to replace the ‘N-word’ with the word ‘president.’
And everyone wants to make sick beats with their own online drum machine.
& what’s the best BBQ Joint slow jam? It’s Mr. Sprigg’s'! ‘Meat falls off the bone…’!

It scares me that I’m already well acquainted with the most apathetic rap video ever. Sigh.
