I thank the commenter to my youHipster post who gave me an excuse to peep the latest from Look At This Fucking Hipster, of which I am a great big fan. And in the archives, I found this:
I ask you, WHY IS THIS BOWL CUT SHIT A THING?
I’m sorry to yell, but it’s my birthday, I’m one year older and I do not understand why young people must make themselves look ridiculous. Why do they want to be unattractive? Is it fear of the HPV? Sigh. I do not understand.
Then again, in my day people wore giant pants, pacifiers and ironic St. Ides skully caps. Maybe young people are just stupid.
